Week two is amazing. I am learning how the concious mind and subconcoious minds work. To be able to build a solid foundation for my thoughts is definately a new concept. I never even considered thought is active energy. There is a difference between thinking and directing our thought consciously , systematically and constructively which gives us the ability to direct our lives.
Replacing habits that don’t work with habits that produce success is chanllenging but fun and actually simple with awarness.
Can’t believe this is just week two, I have gained so much so far can’t imagine what 6 months will do.
